  • ATTENTION

    The questionnaire can be "saved for later" and remains available in your internet browser for a period of 30 days. The '' submit form '' and '' save and continue later '' buttons are located at the bottom of the form.
  • CANDIDATE RATING

    The first section establishes the way candidates are characterized. Some information will be used for matching with a client request (replacement, position or mandate), others will be used for matching with information related to clients, others will be used to sort candidates in the replacements management tab, and finally, some information will be stored in the folder for information purpose only.
  • SPECIFY FUNCTIONSFOR EACH FUNCTIONS, SPECIFY THE SPECIALTIES THAT CANDIDATES CAN HAVELICENCES TYPE AND EXPIRATION DATE 
  • REGIONCITY 
    Cities can be listed for each region or subregion. However, the goal is to divide the territory sufficiently to represent the preferences of the candidates, but to not divide it too much so as not to burden the users.
  • LANGUAGELEVEL (EX: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (Please mention all your specific needs, as for an example another language level) 
    List the most used languages. The user will be able to specify the additional languages(s) in the “additional information” column.
  • CLIENT CLASSIFICATION

    The displayed information in client files are information related to all requests issued by this client.
  • The type of client is used to determine wage types and invoice types. For example, candidates with the "Nurse" function may have a different salary depending on whether they work for an Hospital or a Private clinic.

  • SALARY TYPES

    In order to set up what types of salaries are to be applied to replacements, the types of salaries are set up to link them to each type of replacement – these salaries are standard rates that can be tailored to several level, or even in a replacement, before being processed, if required. You can enter in PRIM by yourself the standard rate to be applied to a candidate depending on his occupation. You can specify a different salary rate related to the client type. In the standard configuration, we provide a salary type by occupation (ex: nurse). You can add any other type of salary rates in the following tab. (ex: nurse – emergency)

  • INVOICING TYPES

    In order to match the rate with the replacement, different invoicing types are linked to each type of replacement – these rates are standard rates that can be tailored to several level, or even in a replacement, before being processed, if required. You can enter in PRIM by yourself the invoiced standard rate to be applied depending on the requested occupation. You can specify a different salary rate related to the client type. In the standard configuration, we provide an invoicing type by occupation (ex: nurse). You can add any other type of invoicing rates in the following tab. (ex: nurse – emergency)

    You can provide us with the terms of use you want to be displayed on the Web platform, in the following contexts: for instance and regarding a candidate registration on the web platform: the candidate acknowledges that the provided information are accurate, that he authorizes the agency to check references… and he accepts the conditions.

  • GENERAL EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THE AGENCY

    This address wil be used for instance when a candidate will receive a password reset email, if requested on the Web platform (please refer to the following print screen as an example).
  • SOCIAL MEDIA ADDRESSES FOR THE AGENCY (URL)

    If you want to send text messages through PRIM, you must sign up at Twilio and performing the “update” (see the following procedure). You will have to provide us with the username and password to set up the SMS sending on our side.
  • HOW TO CREATE A TWILIO OR PLIVO ACCOUNT

  • 1. Go to the website : https://www.twilio.com or https://www.plivo.com
    2. Then click on the SIGN UP tab in the upper right corner.
    3. Fill in the requested information, without answering the last 3 questions.
    4. Then open an account to get a number to send SMS. It will be via this number that you will be able to send SMS to your candidates with PRIM.

      Allows candidates to authenticate on the Web platform by using their social media credentials rather than signing up at an account with email address and password.
    • OTHER SERVICES

      API for calculating distances by Google maps:
      Provides distance between candidates and clients
      * The Google Maps API is a service that can generate costs. It currently costs 5 US$ per 1,000 requests. The initial 200 US$ per month is free, which equals 40,000 requests per month.
      The first $ 200 a month is free. (At the current rate, equals 40,000 free requests per month).
